Most small lots can be striped in a few hours, while larger HOA/commercial properties may take half a day to a full day depending on layout complexity (ADA, arrows, stencils) and how much surface prep is needed.

Yes. We can schedule early morning, evenings, or weekends when needed, especially for retail centers, offices, and HOAs so you can keep traffic flowing and minimize disruption.

Both. We can re-stripe your existing layout to restore visibility, or re-layout the lot if stalls, traffic flow, or accessible parking needs to be updated.

Yes. We provide ADA-focused accessible stall markings and access aisles (and can add directional markings as needed). If you’re unsure what your lot needs, we can review the layout before painting.

For best adhesion and clean lines, the surface should be clean and dry. We typically blow/sweep off debris, remove loose material, and make sure the area is dry before painting.  

In typical North Georgia conditions, many traffic paints are ready for light vehicle traffic in about 30–120 minutes, but it depends on heat, humidity, and paint thickness. We’ll give you a site-specific reopen time at the job.

We use professional-grade traffic marking paint from national brands designed for parking lots and visibility. It’s selected to handle Georgia sun/heat and normal lot traffic, and we apply it on properly prepped surfaces for the best durability.
